Dumpster rental software with QuickBooks Online

A source-backed comparison of what Docket, DSQ Hauler, QuoteIQ, EquipDash and Dumpster Rental Systems send to QuickBooks Online.

Short answer

Several dumpster and field-service platforms integrate with QuickBooks Online, but the integrations are not equivalent. Docket documents a primarily one-way, manually triggered sync. QuoteIQ and EquipDash describe automatic syncing, while DSQ Hauler and Dumpster Rental Systems publicly confirm integrations but expose less detail on their marketing pages. None of the sources reviewed here confirms support for QuickBooks Desktop.

Run the same completed rental through every demo: customer created, deposit received, container delivered, overweight or extra-day charge added, final invoice paid and a partial refund issued. Then open QuickBooks and check exactly what arrived.

Which option fits which operator?

For a broader workflow comparison, continue with dumpster rental software for small operators, online booking vs dispatch software and tracking dumpsters without spreadsheets.
